In-person learning will be on a 2- hour early release, 11:45 am, during conference week.  Remote learners will maintain their same schedule. Conferences will be held on Zoom, Google or if needed, a telephone conference. Further information will be coming from your student’s teacher.

Family Learning Night: Our next Family Learning Night will be Tuesday, May 4th. . This event will welcome fish and game biologists to highlight regional flora and fauna, plus Sweeney. See attachment for all the details.

Registration is open for the Healthy Habits Virtual Afterschool program we are offering in partnership with WSU Extension Skamania County 4-H! Look for the attached flyer with more details, or go       to This free program will take place on Mondays  beginning May 3rd from  2:45-4:00pm and students will be able to join the virtual sessions from their chromebooks. All participants will receive a kit of supplies! Spaces are limited, be sure to sign up before April 28th!

Dress Appropriately: Please send your child with appropriate clothing,             coat/jacket/gloves/hat/boots (with name), to wear during our wet and chilly movement breaks.  Now that spring is here, the afternoons are warm but the mornings are very chilly, so please send your child with a warm jacket.

Tardies: Students are expected to be in their classrooms by 8:25 a.m. to prepare for the day. Being tardy is defined as arriving in class after 8:25 a.m. We believe it is the parents’ responsibility for students of this age group to be punctual. If your child is tardy, please make sure that your child arrives with a completed attestation form and let the office know if your child will need a hot lunch.
